What defines Isabel's art.

Isabel is a Dutch woman with a passion for being creative.

Isabel is a Dutch woman born on April 21, 1989 in Naarden.

In the summer of 2020 Isabel participated in a painting talent show on Dutch television called 'Project Rembrandt'. Of the more than 1600 registrations, Isabel made it to the last 10 participants. She appeared in the first two episodes. She had only been painting for two years at the time.

Now Isabel is a professional artist, but as she says herself "Learning never stops, you can continue to develop yourself infinitely in the field of art. That is what makes painting so fascinating."

Isabel is attracted to nature and likes to be inspired by colorful flora and fauna. Her work often contains an underlying message to cherish the planet and not take everything we have for granted.

Her work comes to life through mixed media. Coarse brush strokes, palette knife work and spray paint are usually the media that Isabel likes to work with. "From a distance it looks realistic, but up close it's a colorful impression!"

Impressionism combined with realism and abstract elements come together in a modern work of art. Her work serves as a beautiful reminder of the fragility and fragile state of nature.

The abstract background in her work often resembles a universe, to raise awareness of the fact that we should be grateful for our only planet. The earth is our only home where we can only continue to exist by living together in harmony.
